Welcome to Lovelly Chocolate. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully, as placing an order or using our services constitutes full agreement to the terms outlined below.

1. Orders

• Orders are confirmed only upon full payment or an agreed deposit.
• Customers must ensure all submitted details (name, contact number, address, requested date) are accurate. We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information.
• Custom and special orders are subject to availability, and we may decline new orders during peak periods or holidays.

2. Payment

• All listed prices are final and inclusive unless otherwise stated.
• Only officially announced payment methods are accepted.
• Order preparation begins only after full payment or the agreed deposit has been received.

3. Delivery & Pickup

• Delivery or pickup times are coordinated in advance with the customer, and we strive to honor all scheduled times.
• In case of delays due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, traffic, etc.), the management is not fully liable, and the customer will be notified promptly.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery address is accurate and that someone is available to receive the order at the scheduled time.

4. Cancellations & Returns

• Due to the perishable nature of our products (chocolate and flowers), returns or exchanges are not accepted after delivery.
• Orders may be cancelled or modified at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time.
• In the event of a clear manufacturing defect, please contact us within hours of receiving the order along with supporting photos; the case will be reviewed to ensure customer satisfaction.

5. Custom Orders

• Customers are responsible for confirming the accuracy of requested details (text, colors, designs) when placing a custom order.
• Slight variations in color and detail from displayed images may occur due to the handmade nature of our products.

6. Intellectual Property

• All designs, images, and content displayed on our page are the exclusive property of Lovelly Chocolate and may not be copied or used without prior permission.

7. Changes to Terms

• Lovelly Chocolate management reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated version takes effect immediately upon publication.
